Do not connect to the robot in the Bluetooth panel! If you have already established a connection and the device has been remembered as “Paired” you should “Unpair” the devices. Then connect (pair) to the robot again directly from our application.
In the mobile app
The first time you launch one of our applications, you will see a pop-up requesting access to your device's location. Please allow access to your location. This is an integral part of the Bluetooth process and directly affects the performance of the Bluetooth Low Energy mode (More about the Bluetooth Low Energy mode and location settings: https://tiny.pl/77cnv ) Also, if you don’t allow access to your location information, the application will not find any nearby robots (devices).
1. If you grant permission, the application's welcome screen will appear. At this point, start the robot and click the start button.
2. The application will ask for permission to start Bluetooth (if the Bluetooth is turned off).
3. The application will start scanning for available robots.
4. From the list of available robots, select the one you want to connect to and click Connect.
If no robot is displayed after the surroundings scan – even though it is switched on – this means that your device's location services are disabled OR you paired the devices in your device’s Bluetooth panel.
Connecting to the robot is possible from the settings panel in all our applications (More about the settings panel: Settings panel).
