If your robot becomes faulty, please complete the online warranty claim form (https://photon.education/warranty-terms/) and send back the robot to the address provided. You can also prepare a detailed report on your own. You need to put it in the box with the robot and send it to us: Photon Entertainment sp. z o.o., Gen.
