Several potential issues could prevent you from charging the robot: damaged charging cable, battery failure, or the robot entering safe mode. First, check that the LED at the charging port illuminates when you connect the charger. If not, most probably, your cable or charger is faulty. Change your cable/charger. If this doesn’t help and the LED does not light up, the fault is on the robot’s side. Please contact us for warranty repair. If the LED lights up red or green, but the robot does not respond, does not start, nor does not light up the ears during charging, disconnect it from charging and reset – hold down the power button for 15 seconds. If the LED lights up yellow or blinks, the fault is on the robot’s side. Please contact us for warranty repair.
