Reporting errors

Modified on Tue, 9 May, 2023 at 4:21 PM

You can report errors or bugs through all our mobile applications and in the Photon Magic Bridge desktop app.

What do we mean by the term error?

Errors (bugs) are all kinds of performance issues related to the proper functioning of our applications, for example: your selected lesson scenario does not open, other than selected/required programming block appears on the screen, or the application freezes / is not responsive, etc.

However, please note that not all technical issues or problems with custom code execution are related to malfunctioning apps. In case of any technical issues or malfunctions please contact us via email: support@photon.education and enclose a screenshot of a malfunctioning program (code) you created, and we will check your code for you, as well as provide tips on what needs to be improved. If there is an actual error in the lesson scenario we provided, please report it to us.

Error reporting

Go to the application settings, find Report an error option.

This way of reporting errors – from one of our apps – automatically submits to us all the necessary data and logs helps us to easily locate and resolve the actual errors. Provide a brief description of the problem and your email address – we will inform you about any fixes to your reported problem as soon as possible.
